Structure and form of release:

Sinuloks of a tablet of 250 mg are represented by round tablets of pink color with a dividing groove on one party and the inscription "Sinuloks" on other party. Each tablet of a sinuloks of 250 mg contains 200 mg of amoxicillin in the form of amoxicillin of trihydrate and 50 mg of clavulanic acid in the form of the klavulanat of sodium, and as excipients: erythrosine (E 127) – 3.5 mg, magnesium stearate – 1.31 mg, sodium glikollit (type A) – 22.8 mg, silicon waterless colloid – 7.6 mg, yeast dry – 131.25 mg and cellulose microcrystalline to 875 mg. Release tablets packed on 10 pieces into strips from a foil which put in cardboard boxes.

Pharmacological properties:

Amoxicillin is semi-synthetic penicillin of a broad spectrum of activity which has fast bactericidal effect on many gram-positive (Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Corynebacterium spp.) and gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Proteus spp., Pasteurella, Klebsiella), including b-laktamazprodutsiruyushchiye strains. The resistance to b-laktamnym to antibacterial medicines, as a rule, is caused by ability of microorganisms to develop b-lactamazu — enzyme which destroys b-laktamnoye an antibiotic ring earlier than it will be able to have effect on a bacterial cage. The clavulanic acid which is a part of a sinuloks inactivates b-lactamazu and by that restores sensitivity of a bacterium to bactericidal effect of amoxicillin in concentration which are easily reached in tissues of animals after medicine introduction.

Indication:

Appointed to dogs and cats for treatment of infections of a bacterial etiology: diseases of leather and soft fabrics (abscesses, pioderm, inflammation of paranalny glands, gingivita, stomatitises, etc.), diseases of respiratory organs, diseases of an urinogenital system and enterit.

Dose and method of application:

Sinuloks of a tablet of 250 mg are set a sick animal directly in a mouth or the crumbed look together with a forage in a single dose of 12.5 mg on 1 kg of mass of an animal by 2 times a day within 5 - 7 days:
Weight animal/quantity of tablets on 1 animal 2 times a day: 19 – 25 kg – 1 tablet.
- 26 - 35 kg.
- 36 - 50 kg – 2 tablets.
- More than 50 kg – 3 tablets.
In case the disease difficult responds to treatment, especially at infections of respiratory organs, it is possible to increase a dose of a sinuloks twice (up to 25 mg by 1 kg of weight of an animal) twice a day or to reduce intervals between medicine introduction.

Duration of treatment of chronic skin diseases and chronic cystitis is 10 - 28 days, respiratory diseases — 8 - 10 days.

Side effects:

At hyper sensitive animals allergic reactions are possible

Contraindication:

Hypersensitivity to medicine components. Sinuloks, as well as other antibiotics of a penicillinic row, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and gerbils are not allowed to appoint. Carefully other types of small herbivorous should apply medicine.
