Zinc oxide ointment of 10% is applied to treatment and prevention of a diaper dermatitis. Treatment of dermatitis, eczemas, intertrigo, small thermal and sunblisters.

Structure

Active ingredient: zinc oxide;

1 g of ointment oxide zinc - 100 mg;

Excipients: paraffin white soft.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to medicine components. Acute pyoinflammatory diseases of leather and adjacent fabrics.

Route of administration

Diaper dermatitis at children. For the purpose of prevention to apply ointment to clean dry skin (under diapers), especially before going to bed, for prevention of emergence of irritation of skin through long contact with wet diapers.

With the medical purpose to skin a thin layer 3 times a day (if necessary – during each change of diapers) at emergence of the first symptoms of hyperaemia (erubescence), an intertrigo or insignificant irritation of skin.

Dermatitis, eczema, intertrigo, thermal and sunblisters. Ointment is applied a thin layer on the struck surface. If necessary to apply a gauze bandage.

Term of treatment is defined by the doctor depending on character and a course of the disease.
