Zinc oxide ointment has the knitting, adsorbing, antiseptic effect, reduces expressiveness of exudative processes.

At topical administration reduces manifestations of inflammation and irritation of skin, softens and dries it.

Indication

Treatment and prevention of a diaper dermatitis. Treatment of dermatitis, eczemas, intertrigo, injuries of skin (small thermal and sunblisters, cuts, scratches).

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to medicine components. Pyoinflammatory diseases of leather and adjacent fabrics.

Diaper dermatitis at children

Overdose

At topical administration the overdose is improbable

. At accidental intake in high doses there can be vomiting, diarrhea, stimulation of the central nervous system and a spasm.
