Tablets Ying-Alitier are shown:

• in essential hypertensia at adult patients;
• in case of need additional control of arterial blood pressure at use of a perindopril as monotherapy.

Structure

Active ingredients: perindopril, indapamide.

: 2 mg of a perindopril it is grated - to butylamine that is equivalent to 1.669 mg of a perindopril and 0.625 mg of an indapamid.

Excipients: lactose monohydrate, cellulose microcrystalline krospovidon; Natrii hydrocarbonas; silicon dioxide colloidal stearate of magnesium.

Contraindication

Contraindication on use of a perindopril:

• hypersensitivity to a perindopril or to the APF any other inhibitors;
• a Quincke's disease (Quincke's edema) in the anamnesis, connected with the previous treatment by APF inhibitors;
• congenital or idiopathic Quincke's disease;
• pregnancy or planning of pregnancy;
• simultaneous use with medicaments which active ingredient is aliskiren, sick diabetes or to patients with a renal failure (glomerular filtration rate <60 ml/min. / 1.73 m ² );
• simultaneous use with a combination sakubitril/valsartan;
• considerable bilateral stenosis of renal arteries or stenosis of an artery of the only kidney.

Contraindication on use of an indapamid:

• hypersensitivity to an indapamid or to any other streptocides;
• a renal failure heavy (clearance of creatinine <30 ml/min.) of degree (for dosages of 2 mg / 0.625 mg, 4 mg / 1.25 mg and 8 mg / 2.5 mg) a renal failure moderated (clearance of creatinine <60 ml/min.) of degree (for a dosage of 8 mg / 2.5 mg);
• hepatic encephalopathy;
• heavy abnormal liver function;
• hypopotassemia;
• it is medicine contraindicated to appoint in a combination from a neantiaritmichnima drugs, can cause development of Bouveret's ventricular disease like "pirouette";
• feeding period breast.

Tablet Ying-Alitier of 2 mg / 0.625 mg.

on 1 tablet a day, it is desirable in the morning before food. The tablet of medicament can be divided into equal doses. If arterial blood pressure does not change after a month of treatment, the dose can be doubled.

Overdose

in case of overdose by frequent undesirable reaction is arterial hypotension which can sometimes be followed by nausea, vomiting, spasms, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion of consciousness, an oliguria which can progress to an anury (owing to a hypovolemia). There can be disturbances of water and electrolytic balance (decrease in level of potassium and sodium in blood plasma), a renal failure, a hyperventilation, tachycardia, a cardiopalmus (palpitation), bradycardia, uneasiness, cough.

Measure of first aid include fast removal of medicament from an organism - gastric lavage and/or intake of activated carbon, carry out after that normalization of water and electrolytic balance in the conditions of a hospital.

Side effects

Perindopril: dizziness, headache, paresthesias, dysgeusia, deterioration in sight, sonitus, hypotonia, cough, short wind, abdominal pain, constipation, dyspepsia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, itching, rash, myotonia and asthenia

Indapamid: reactions of hypersensitivity, mainly dermatological, at patients with tendency to allergic and asthmatic reactions and makulopapulezny rashes.

Interaction

Aliskiren. Simultaneous use of a perindopril and aliskiren for patients with diabetes or patients with impaired renal function contraindicated because of the increased risk of emergence of a hyperpotassemia, deterioration in function of kidneys and cardiovascular incidence and lethality.

Sakubitril/valsartan. Simultaneous use of a perindopril and combination sakubitril/valsartan is contraindicated as the combination of inhibitor of not pro-lysine and APF can increase risk of developing an angiodystrophia. The combination sakubitril/valsartan should be applied not earlier than in 36 hours after reception of the last dose of a perindopril. Perindopril it is necessary to apply not earlier than in 36 hours after reception of the last dose of a combination sakubitril/valsartan.
