The Xerox VersaLink C500 provides the ability to exchange data with cloud services such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox, which simplifies work both in the office and remotely.

Personalization and ease of use
The 5-inch touchscreen lets you control your device just like you would with a tablet. The new printer's interface can be personalized to suit the needs of the work environment and individual users.

VersaLink devices are equipped with an initial setup wizard, which, like when starting a smartphone for the first time, allows the user to independently start and configure the device by setting account, network, and mail server settings.

Visual cues, step-by-step instructions, and configuration of options through the local user interface ensure simple and easy operation of the equipment.

Printer settings can be cloned and applied to all VersaLink platform printers on the network, eliminating the need to configure each individual device individually. Cloning can be implemented through the built-in web interface of the Xerox Embedded Web Server.

Xerox VersaLink C500 supports installation of applications from the Xerox App Gallery library, which allows companies to expand the functionality of the printer and build workflows on it in accordance with the specifics of their business.
