Description

Solution "Thiamine chlorid-Zdorovye" is applied to injections at the following indications:

  • hypo - and B1 vitamin avitaminosis (including at patients who are on probe food, on a hemodialysis, having a sprue);
  • as a part of complex therapy: neuritis, polyneurites, sciatica, neuralgia, peripheral paresis and paralysis, neuropathy (diabetic, alcoholic), encephalopathies (including Wernicke-Korsakov's encephalopathy), a neurasthenia, chronic damages of a liver, a myocardial dystrophy, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, an intestines atony, an endarteritis, a dermatosis (eczema, atopic dermatitis, a pyoderma, psoriasis, red flat deprive) with neurotrophic changes and disbolism.

Structure

Active ingredient - thiamine (1 ml of solution contains thiamine of a hydrochloride 50 mg).

Excipients: Unithiolum, water for injections.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to medicament components, allergic diseases, an idiosyncrasy, the preklimakterichesky and climacteric periods at women.

Route of administration

is Applied intramusculary (deeply in a muscle).

Adult is appointed on 25-50 mg (0.5-1 ml of drug) of 1 times a day, daily. Introduction is begun with small doses - no more than 25 mg (0.5 ml); higher doses - 50 mg (1 ml) enter only at good tolerance. A course of treatment - 10-30 injections.

In Wernicke-Korsakov's encephalopathy are applied on 50-100 mg (1-2 ml) by 2 times a day before clinical improvement. It is necessary to consider a likelihood of development of allergic reaction to administration of B1 vitamin.

to Children 2.5% usually apply hydrochloride thiamine solution. Administration of medicament in this dosage (5% of solution) to children aged from 8 years is possible, appoint 12.5 mg (0.25 ml) of 1 times a day, daily. A course of treatment - 10-30 injections.

Use of medicament during pregnancy and feeding by a breast perhaps under observation of the doctor according to indications in the recommended doses.

Overdose

Symptoms: strengthening of symptoms of side effect of medicament is possible. Development of hypercoagulation, disturbance of purine exchange is not excluded.

Treatment: medicament withdrawal, symptomatic therapy.

Side effects

from a cardiovascular system: tachycardia, heartbeat, collapse.

from nervous system: headache, dizziness, concern, paresthesias.

from organs of sight: damage of an optic nerve.

from a respiratory system: the complicated breath, an asthma.

from a digestive tract: the complicated swallowing, nausea, intestinal hemorrhages.

from the immune system: rash, an itching (including in the place of an injection), dermatitis, hyperaemia, urticaria, a Quincke's disease, a bronkhospastichesky syndrome with spasms, an acute anaphylaxis.

from digestive system: disturbance of activity of enzymes of a liver.

Interaction

should not be mixed with solutions which contain sulfites, to niacin - there is a thiamine destruction; to benzylpenicillin or streptomycin - there is a destruction of antibiotics; with carbonates, citrates, barbiturates, with Cu 2+ , iodides, tannin acid - thiamine is unstable in alkaline and neutral solutions.
