Structure and a form of release
as active ingredient of 1 ml of medicine contains 30 mg of an aglepriston, as excipients - ethanol of 0.1 ml and peanut butter to 1 ml.
On appearance medicine represents transparent solution of yellow color for hypodermic injection introduction. Alizin release packaged on 10 ml in the glass bottles corked with chlorbutanolovy traffic jams and aluminum caps.

Pharmacological properties

Being Alizins part aglepriston represents synthetic steroid, is an antagonist of progesterone. Aglepriston blocks progesterone receptors in a uterus, breaking normal physiological process of maintenance of pregnancy at a bough that leads to emergence of abortion or a resorption of fruits. The ability of binding of an aglepriston with progesteronovy uterus receptors at dogs is 3 times higher, than in progesterone. Aglepriston does not change
