As prophylactic to the persons working in the conditions of influence of chemical, beam and thermal factors and for the purpose of improvement of immunity.

Structure

• active ingredient: 100 ml of solution contain extract liquid Vigor (1: 1), the medicinal vegetable raw materials received from mix: rhizomes of an acorus of reed (Rhizomata Calami) – 0.325 g; leaves of a dwarf almond of trifoliate (Menyanthidis trifoliatae folium) – 0.065 g; herbs of a yarrow of ordinary (Millefolii herba) – 0.432 g; bark of an oak of ordinary (Quercus cortex) – 0.0325 g; fruits of fennel of odorous (Fructus anethi graveolentis) – 0.185 g; rhizomes with roots of a levzea of safloroobrazny (krugogolovnik) (Rhizomata cum radicibus Leuzeae carthamoides) – 0.03 g; flowers of a linden of serdtselistny (Tiliae flos) – 0.3775 g; leaves of a peppermint (Menthae piperitae folium) – 0.135 g; herbs of a wormwood of bitter (Absinthii herba) – 0.065 g (extractant: ethanol 70%) – 30 ml;
• other components: granulated sugar, a color, ethanol of 96%, the water purified.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to medicine components; sharp and chronic poisonings with various chemicals; severe forms of coronary heart disease and essential hypertensia; heavy violations of functions of a liver and kidneys; epilepsy; alcoholism.

Yarrow: the increased fibrillation, tendency to a thrombogenesis, hypersensitivity to other plants of family Astrov (thistle family).

peppermint: bronchial asthma.

Wormwood bitter: the increased gastric secretion, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, cholelithiasis, a reflux esophagitis, existence in the anamnesis of bleedings from bodies of a small pelvis, anemia.

Side reactions

At individual intolerance of components of medicine allergic reactions.

from skin and hypodermic cellulose: skin rash, erubescence, itch, cutaneous dropsy, small tortoiseshell. In such cases medicine should be cancelled.

from digestive tract: nausea, vomiting.

at prolonged use of medicine in the doses exceeding recommended: increase in arterial blood pressure, headaches, development of dependence on alcohol.

Prolonged use can cause so-called wormwood epilepsy; the absinthin which is contained in a wormwood at the long use can cause an atony of guts; contact dermatitis.

At emergence of any undesirable phenomena needs to stop use of medicine and it is obligatory to see a doctor.

Vigor Balm to apply

adult inside, on 20-30 ml 2-3 times a day at meal time. The course of treatment is defined by the doctor individually depending on character and the course of a disease. The average course of treatment makes 14 days, if necessary it is possible to prolong up to 30 days (after consultation with the attending physician).

Repeated course is possible

on doctor's orders after a break lasting 5-7 days.

Overdose

Symptoms: signs of intoxication, respiratory depression, serious poisoning, coma.

Yarrow: dizziness, nausea.

Wormwood bitter: reception in the raised doses, especially long, can lead to poisoning – development of spasms, hallucinations, a loss of consciousness, at prolonged use atonic constipations are possible.

peppermint: irrational use of medicines of mint can lead to pain in heart.

Treatment: immediate evacuation of gastric contents (to cause vomiting and to wash out a stomach), symptomatic therapy; in hard cases – infusional introduction of 40% of solution of glucose with thiamine chloride, oxygenotherapy, an artificial diuresis, artificial ventilation of the lungs.

Interaction with other medicines and other types of interactions

development of antabusopodobny effect, with the oral anti-diabetic medicines derivative of sulphanilic acid – development of a hypoglycemic coma, with acetylsalicylic acid – increase in risk of developing stomach ulcer and twelve.
