"Cheerful children" is megapopular Soviet and Russian ensemble. Winner Vsesoyuznykh and international competitions, winner of the All-Union song festival "Pesnya Years".
Owner of the highest award "Platinum disk No. 1" (2006) of an absolute record in the USSR and Russia selling plates – 179,850,000 copies.
Cheerful Children Ensemble was created in 1966 in Moscow by the pianist and the composer Pavel Slobodkin (1945 — 2017) <.br> V 1968 the Cheerful Children ensemble became the first ensemble of this genre in the USSR awarded a rank of the winner of the All-Union competition on the best performance of the youth song and the I award that promoted official recognition of bottoms - and rock music in the USSR.
B ensemble is conferred 1969 a rank of the winner of the All-Union competition and the I award on the best performance of the Soviet song. Bolshoys
success brought to ensemble the first minion released Melodii in July, 1970, records for which were made in November, 1969. This plate was released by record circulation — 15 million copies. The all-Union popularity was received by songs of ensemble "Alyoshkina Love", "Son", "Having Joined Hands Together", "To You All the Same", "People Meet", "Fast Train", "Kogda We Are Silent Together".
B Cheerful Children ensemble took 1980 active part in the cultural program of the Olympic Games in Moscow.
