Varoflu tick remedy in the form of strips - undoubtedly, has established itself as a high-quality and effective medicine for bees. The presented drug is an analogue of well-known foreign drugs, such as Varostop and Bayvorol. Each strip contains 3.6 mg of quality flumethrin manufactured by Baer in Germany. They are not impregnated with any additional oils specifically to prevent fungal diseases. Each strip is wrapped in foil-clad polyethylene, which contributes to better protection against UV rays and overtemperature. Then they are packed in a cardboard box for safe transportation.

    Flumethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that has insecticidal and acaricidal action against Varroa Jacobsons bee mites, which it paralyzes without harming the bee colony.

    To diagnose a bee colony for clipping, the bottom of the hive is covered with clean paper, after which the beekeeper places strips in the body for 2-3 days and checks for dead ticks.

    A full-fledged treatment is carried out for 35 days, but no more than 6 weeks. To do this, 2-4 strips are placed in a hive with developed and strong colonies, and 1-4 strips for layering and weak bee colonies.
