Structure

Active ingredient: amlodipin in the form of an amlodipin besilat, valsartan;

1 tablet, coated, contains 5 mg of an amlodipin in the form of an amlodipin besilat and 80 mg of a valsartan, or 5 mg of an amlodipin in the form of an amlodipin besilat and 160 mg of a valsartan, or 10 mg of an amlodipin in the form of an amlodipin besilat and 160 mg of a valsartan;

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, attracts (E 421), magnesium stearate, sodium of a kroskarmelloz, povidone, silicon dioxide colloidal, sodium lauryl sulfate;

Overdose

Symptoms. Now there is no experience of overdose of medicine. The main symptom of overdose of a valsartan is probably the profound arterial hypotension with dizziness. The overdose of an amlodipin can lead to the accruing peripheral vazodilatation and probably to reflex tachycardia. It was reported about considerable prolonged system hypotension, up to shock and a lethal outcome.
