L-tyrosine is the partially irreplaceable amino acid necessary for development of such neurotransmitters as a dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline and also a skin pigment of melanin. Noradrenaline (norepinefrin) and adrenaline (epinefrin) are the main mechanisms of reaction to a stress, and along with a dopamine they are responsible for good mood and clarity of reason. Besides, L-tyrosine has critical value for normal work of a thyroid gland.
