Structure

• active ingredients: imipeny; tsilastatin;

Contraindication

Route of administration

Adult patients with normal function of kidneys.

Dose for patients with normal function of kidneys (clearance of creatinine> 70 ml/min. / 1.73 sq.m) and with a body weight not less than 70 kg:

• 500 mg / 500 mg every 6 hours or
• 1000 mg / 1000 mg every 8 hours or each 6 hours.

For treatment of infections which established or probable cause less sensitive species of bacteria (such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa) are and heavy infections (for example, at neytropenichesky patients with fever) recommends use of a dose of 1000 mg / 1000 to mg every 6 hours.
