Tizoptan is a medicine which is applied in ophthalmology. Protivoglaukomnoye and miotoc, for decrease in the intraocular pressure (VGD) at patients with an open angle glaucoma and intraocular hypertensia, at insufficient efficiency of monotherapy by medicines of group of beta blockers or analogs of prostaglandin, for topical administration.

Structure

• 1 ml: bimatoprost - 0.3 mg, maleate Timololum - 6.83 mg, are equivalent Timololum of 5 mg;
• excipients: benzalkoniya chloride, citric acid monohydrate, sodium phosphate, heptahydrate; sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid; sodium hydroxide water for injections.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to Timololum, a bimatoprost and the excipients which are a part of medicine.

Syndrome of hyperreactivity of airways, including bronchial asthma in stages of aggravation and the postponed episodes in the anamnesis, a serious chronic obstructive bronchopulmonary (HOBL) illness.

Sinus bradycardia, a sick sinus syndrome, sinuatrial blockade, the blockade of II and III degrees which is not controlled by means of a pacemaker, clinically apparent heart failure, cardiogenic shock.

Feature of application

Pregnant
