Intelligent lubricant composition (ISC) TNVD 100 is designed to restore the performance and extend the life of high-pressure fuel pumps of diesel engines of any design in passenger cars:

In-line fuel pumps;

Distributive fuel pumps.

Efficiency: An intelligent lubricant composition, the TNVD 100 additive partially restores wear and optimizes the gaps in the plunger pairs, in the mating parts of the pump pumps. This allows you to achieve the following effects:

The pressure is restored. The pump provides output pressure within the performance limits, which ensures a normal supply of fuel to the combustion chambers;

Noise and vibration of in-line and distribution pumps is reduced;

The restoration of optimal coupling of the plunger pairs reduces vibration and, consequently, noise when the pump is operating;

The engine power is increased. Restoration of the fuel supply leads to an improvement in the quality of combustion of fuel, which ensures an increase in power and a reduction in fuel consumption by 3-5%;

The emission of harmful emissions by CO and HF decreases to 50%.

Instruction: The high pressure pump is treated as follows:

Thoroughly mix the contents of the vial so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed throughout the volume of the liquid.

Before refueling, add half the contents of the vial to the fuel tank (see marks on the label side).

Fill the entire tank with diesel fuel.

Immediately after the addition of the vehicle, you can use it in the normal operation mode.

After 2000-2500 kilometers the procedure must be repeated.

Before refueling, add the second half of the vial to the fuel tank.
