Intelligent lubricant composition NANOPROTEC Automatic 80 (additive)

The intelligent lubricant composition (NSC) Nanoprotec Automatic 80 is designed to protect against wear, prolong the life and restore the characteristics of automatic gearboxes, including variators, of any types and with any type of transmission oil.

Efficiency: The ATPP 80 additive partially restores the dimensions and geometry of worn parts, optimizes the gaps in friction pairs, allows you to keep a more dense oil layer on the surface of the parts. This allows for an automatic transmission:

Facilitate shifting;

Optimization of clearances in the oil pump The automatic transmission provides nominal oil pressure, which reduces the likelihood of jerking and jerking when changing gears;

Reduce hum and vibration. Optimizing gaps and restoring bearings reduces noise and vibration when the gearbox is in operation;

Increase coasting. The retention of a more dense oil layer on the surface reduces frictional losses, increases the coast: the car travels in a neutral gear;

Protect the transmission from wear and tear;

The formed layer on the friction surfaces and the dense oil layer significantly reduce wear and increase the service life of the unit.

In variators the composition of automatic 80 allows:

Restore chain tension;

Restoration of the geometry of cones, as well as the retention of a denser layer of oil on the surface, which ensures the chain and cones of the variator, is able to prevent the chain from slipping;

Prolong the service life of the unit;

The surface of the cones treated with the composition considerably less wears out during use, which prolongs the life of the unit;

When using the composition in the new gearboxes, the process of running in the aggregates is much easier and faster, the risks of the appearance of "scuffing" are reduced.

Procedure: The processing of automatic transmissions of any types is carried out as follows:

Warm up the transmission to operating temperature (normal operation).

Stop the engine.

Thoroughly mix the contents of the vial so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed throughout the volume of the liquid.

Pour 1 flask of ISS AKPP 80 into the gearbox through a regular filler.

If the volume of transmission fluid in the box is more than 10 liters, pour 2 bottles of ISK AKPP 80. For AKPP trucks and buses, the need for ICS is determined from the calculation of 10 ml of composition per 1 liter of oil. When replacing 6-8 liters of oil, the entire bottle is used for one stage of treatment in a new oil.

Immediately after adding the composition, make a trip on the car for 20-30 minutes in normal operation mode.

At the end of the treatment, the car can be used as usual.

For prolonged trouble-free operation of the gearbox, it is recommended to use the 80-second automatic gearbox after each routine replacement of the gear oil.

Additive Nanoprotec Automatic 80 is compatible with any type of transmission oils based on Dextron (ATF).

Cars with a manual transmission, transfer boxes, gearboxes with gear oil based on ATF "Dextron" - is applied ISN Nanoprotec AKPP 80 at the rate of 20 ml per 1 liter of oil.
