Structure:

1 table of medicine: tiotriazolin 0.1 g

Pharmacological action:
Pharmacological effect of a tioprotektin is caused by antioxidant, membrane stabilizing, antiischemic and immunomodulatory properties. Tioprotektin prevents death of hepatocytes, reduces extent of fat infiltration and spread of centrolobular necroses of a liver, promotes processes of reparative regeneration of hepatocytes, normalizes in them proteinaceous, carbohydrate, lipidic and pigmentary exchanges. Increases the speed of synthesis and release of bile, normalizes its chemical composition. Tioprotektin strengthens compensatory activation of anaerobic glycolysis, reduces oppression of processes in Krebss cycle with preservation of the ATP intracellular fund. Medicine activates an antioxidant system and slows down processes of oxidation of lipids in ischemic sites of a myocardium, reduces sensitivity of a myocardium to catecholamines, prevents progressive oppression of sokratitelny function of heart, stabilizes and reduces according to a zone of necrosis and ischemia of a myocardium. Activates the fibrinolytic system of blood.

Application:
Hepatitis of various etiology, cholecystitis, myocarditis, a cardiomyopathy at metabolic violations, coronary heart disease (as supportive application) and postoperative complications.

Dosage:
Treatment medicine tioprotektin is appointed for 14 days, and during the postoperative period – 20 days in doses:
