Description
Transparent colourless viscoelastic gel.

Structure: active ingredient contains
of 1 ml of medicine: sodium hyaluronate - 10 mg;

Excipients: sodium chloride, sodium dihydrophosphate monohydrate, sodium hydrophosphate heptahydrate, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties
Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide from family of glyukozaminoglikan of natural origin, the main component of synovial liquid which contains in joints and also in a connective tissue, skin and a vitreous body of an eye. Hyaluronic acid normalizes cellular composition and viscosity of articulate liquid, restores its lubricant and shock-absorbing properties, regulates functions of a synovial membrane, makes active mobility гранулацитив and macrophages, eliminates consequences of inflammatory processes and interferes with violation of functions of joints; synovial liquid feeds cartilages.

Sodium hyaluronate is an important component of an ekstratsellyulyarny matrix which restores a physiological homeostasis and a rheological properties of synovial liquid, contributes to normalization of its cellular structure, intensifying biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid in cages of a synovial cover.
