Structure

Active ingredient: a bromide tiotropiya monohydrate that there corresponds the tiotropiya;

High doses of medicine can cause anticholinergic signs and symptoms.

However did not observe system anticholinergic side effects at healthy volunteers after single inhalation of a dose up to 340 mkg a bromide tiotropiya. No essential side effects, except dryness of mucous membranes of an oral cavity / throat and a nasal cavity, were observed after 14 days of application at a dosage up to 40 mkg a tiotropiya, solution for inhalations, at healthy volunteers, except for obvious reduction of salivation after 7 days of application.

Side effects

Serious side reactions of anticholinergic character include glaucoma, a lock, impassability of intestines, including paralytic impassability of intestines and an ischuria.

Simultaneous application a bromide tiotropiya with other anticholinergics was not investigated by

Simultaneous use of other adrenergic medicines (independently or as a part of combination therapy) can enhance undesirable effects of the medicine Spiriva Respimat.
