Docsilamin (n, n-dimethyl-2 [1-phenyl-1 (piridinit) etoks] ethanolamine) — somnolent means of a class of ethanolamines from group of blockers of histamine h1-receptors, renders sedative and m-holinoblokiruyushchee action. reduces backfilling time, increases duration and sleep quality, at the same time does not change phase structure of a dream.

from a digestive tract, biotransformation is carried out in a liver. The main part of a docsilamin (about 60%) is removed in not changed view with urine, a part — with a stake.

Insomnia and other sleep disorders.

Use

Contraindication

Interaction

At simultaneous application with barbiturates, benzodiazepines, a clonidine, opioid analgetics, neuroleptics, tranquilizers observes strengthening of overwhelming action on central nervous system. at a concomitant use of a sondoks with atropine or other blockers of m-holinoretseptorov the risk of emergence of anticholinergic by-effects increases: dryness in a mouth, the complicated urination. alcohol strengthens sedative action of a docsilamin that can make unsafe driving of vehicles and work with potentially dangerous mechanisms.

Overdose

only at reception in very high doses. symptoms: mydriasis, dermahemia of the person, hyperthermia, excitement, lacks of coordination, shiver, athetotic movements, spasms. in the absence of treatment the coma which is followed by collapse can develop.

symptomatic treatment. According to indications use anticonvulsant medicaments and carry out IVL.
