Description
Table salt with low sodium + potassium content, with the addition of dry seaweed powder (kelp), 700 g. Form - jar.
Ingredients: first grade rock salt, grinding No. 1 (sodium chloride) - 70%, potassium chloride - 30%, crushed leaves of dry seaweed (kelp).
The salt has a slight, peculiar marine smell due to the dry kelp in the mixture.
Purpose: for a healthy balanced diet, and for people with arterial hypertension – also to follow doctor’s recommendations to reduce sodium salt intake.
Adding crushed kelp makes it possible to compensate for the lack of organic iodine.
Organic iodine in the kelp cell has a long shelf life compared to inorganic forms of iodine, and is also not destroyed during cooking.
Potassium in this salt mixture improves the functioning of the heart, nervous system, muscle tissue, removes excess fluid from the body and reduces swelling, and also stimulates metabolism and improves immunity. Organic iodine improves the functioning of the thyroid gland and brain, and has a positive effect on the nervous system. When eating salt with kelp, radionuclides, heavy metals and antibiotic residues are removed.
Salt
with potassium, enriched with organic iodine in the form of sea cabbage concentrate, contains the optimal amount of iodine in the recommended daily allowance
. Iodine in such an organically bound form is absorbed in
quantities necessary for a person: in case of deficiency it is actively absorbed, and
in case of excess it is excreted from the body (unchanged) without affecting
toxic effects on the body.
The World Health Organization informs.
According to the latest WHO estimates, iodine deficiency threatens one third of the world's population. One of the best ways to prevent iodine deficiency is to simply add iodine-containing foods to your table salt.
Laminaria (sea kale). Seaweed is a good preventative against leukemia and cancer. Plant pigments found in seaweed (p-carotene, lutein and chlorophyll) give this product antimutagenic properties. Sea kale contains a lot of iodine; in terms of the content of this useful element, seaweed can only compete with the inedible peel of walnuts. Seaweed does not lose its benefits even after cooking. Seaweed, due to its high iodine content, is a good means of preventing thyroid diseases, including endemic goiter. If you regularly eat kelp, cholesterol levels decrease, the functioning of the central nervous system, respiratory system, and cardiovascular system improves, immunity increases, and metabolism normalizes.
