Solution for infusions "Sodium chlorid-Darnitsa" is intended for completion of deficiency of liquid in an organism and in a complex of actions of intensive care; as solvent for other compatible medicines. It can locally be applied to washing of wounds, a mucous membrane of a nose and also catheters and systems for transfusion.

Structure

Active ingredient - sodium chloride (1 ml of solution contains sodium of chloride 9.0 mg).

Ionic structure on 1 l of medicine: Na ⁺ - 154 mmol, Cl ^- - 154 mmol.

Excipient - water for injections.

Contraindication

• an overhydratation, a hyperchloremia, a hypernatremia, giperkhloremichesky acidosis, states connected with danger of edematization of lungs;
• is not applied to washing of eyes at ophthalmologic operations.

Route of administration

is Appointed intravenously, rektalno and outwardly.

is Entered intravenously by drop infusion to 3 l and more solution in day with a speed of 4-10 ml/kg/h, depending on a clinical situation and level of loss of liquid; apply inside; appoint 75-100 ml in enemas; apply to washing of wounds, mucous membranes.

to Children at shock dehydration (without definition of laboratory indicators) are entered by 20-30 ml/kg. Further the mode of dosing is adjusted depending on laboratory indicators. The general daily dose depends on water and electrolytic balance and so on.

This solution does not influence speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms.

Overdose

to giperkhloremichesky acidosis, increase in removal of potassium from an organism, an overhydratation and a hypervolemia owing to what heart failure can develop. At emergence of symptoms of the specified states the introduction of medicine should be stopped, to estimate a condition of the patient and to render the adequate help.

Side effects

at the correct use of medicine. When performing massive infusions the development of giperkhloremichesky acidosis is possible.
