Solution for infusions "Sodium chloride" is intended for completion of a lack of liquid of an organism and in a complex of actions of intensive care as solvent of other compatible medicines. It is possible to apply locally to washing of wounds, a mucous membrane of a nose and also catheters and systems for transfusion.

contain sodium of chlorideIonic structure on 1 l of medicine: Na + - 154 mmol, Cl - - 154 mmol.

Contraindication
- an overhydratation, a hyperchloremia, a hypernatremia, chloride acidosis, states connected with danger of edematization of lungs; solution not to apply
- to washing of eyes at ophthalmologic operations.
Route of administration

to Enterintravenously by drop infusion to 3 l and more solution in day with a speed of 4-10 ml/kg/h, depending on a clinical situation and level of loss of liquid; to apply inside; to appoint 75-100 ml in enemas to apply to washing of wounds, mucous membranes.
to Children at shock dehydration (without definition of laboratory indicators) to enter 20-30 ml/kg. Further the mode of dosing is adjusted depending on laboratory indicators. The general daily dose depends on water and electrolytic balance and so forth.

Overdose
Can leadto chloride acidosis, increase in removal of potassium from an organism, an overhydratation and a hypervolemia owing to what heart failure can develop. Side effects
are not observed byat the correct use of medicine. When performing massive infusions the development of chloride acidosis is possible.
