Influence of a tadalafil on ability to run motor transport or other mechanisms insignificant. Though the frequency of messages about the phenomena dizziness during clinical trials with the use of placebo and during clinical trials using a tadalafil was similar, patients should know the individual reaction to medicament before running motor transport or other mechanisms.

Overdose

Symptoms. At single use by healthy volunteers of a tadalafil in a dose up to 500 mg and at repeated use by patients of a tadalafil in a dose up to 100 mg a day the side reactions were similar to those which were observed at use of smaller doses of a tadalafil.

Side effects

There were no proofs of favorable clinical effect of this combination in the studied population. Simultaneous use of the riotsiguat with FDE-5 inhibitors, including with tadalafily, contraindicated.
