Contactless card reader ACS ACR122T NFC, Mifare (08-009)

ACR122T NFC is a token version of the well-known ACR122U reader. Specially designed for NFC applications requiring great mobility and for maximum user convenience. Compliant with the ISO/IEC18092 Near Field Communication (NFC) standard, it supports not only Mifare® and ISO 14443 A and B types, but also all four types of NFC tags.

The ACR122T is compatible with both CCID and PC/SC, allowing it to achieve compatibility with a variety of devices and applications. With access speeds up to 424Kbps and USB speeds up to 12Mbps, the ACR122T can also read/write faster and more efficiently. The working reading distance of the ACR122T is up to 3 cm, depending on the type of contactless tags.

One of the most important differences between this reader and its parent ACR122U is support for Android 3.1 and higher operating systems.

ACR122T NFC reader is ideal for both secure identification and online micropayments. Other applications of the ACR122T include access control, electronic payments, electronic event and public transport tickets, toll road collection and network authentication.
