Intelligent lubricating composition (SSC) Nanoprotec MAX MKPP 200 (additive)

Nanoprotec MAX MKPP 200 is designed to protect against wear, prolong the life and restore the characteristics of mechanical gearboxes, transfer boxes and gearboxes of trucks and special equipment in the course of normal operation.

The MAX MKPP additive 200 partially restores the dimensions and geometry of the worn parts, optimizes the gaps in the friction pairs, allows the more dense oil layer to be retained on the surface of the parts. This allows:

Accelerate the process of running-in the details of the unit, incl. After major repairs;

Increase the life of the MKPP by 1.5-2 times;

Reduce friction losses in the machine parts;

Maximum protection against wear during peak loads and high ambient temperatures;

Reduce noise and vibration;

To restore optimum clearances in bearings and gearing;

Provides the possibility of short-term operation in conditions of oil starvation;

Does not change the parameters and technical characteristics of the clutch units in the oil bath.

The order of application: The procedure for processing mechanical and robotic gearboxes is as follows:

Warm up the transmission to operating temperature (normal operation).

Stop the engine.

Thoroughly mix the contents of the vial so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed throughout the volume of the liquid.

Pour the composition into the oil filler hole of the unit at the rate of 10 ml per 1 liter of gear oil.

Immediately after adding the composition, make a trip on the car for 20-30 minutes in normal operation mode. It is necessary to operate the car on each gear at least 100-150 meters.

Immediately after treatment, the car can be used as usual.

For prolonged trouble-free operation of the gearbox, it is recommended to use the MAX MKPP 200 additive after each scheduled replacement of the gear oil.

In reducers and bridges 30 ml per 1 liter of oil in the mechanism.

Additive Nanoprotec MAX MKPP 200 is compatible with all gear oils, except for ATF, PSF.
