Intelligent lubricant composition Nanoprotec MAX 200 New for protection against wear and maintenance of diesel engine performance of internal combustion engines with a working volume of more than 8 liters. The Nanoprotec MAX 200 New additive creates conditions in which the surfaces in the engine friction points are coated with a nanomodified protective layer with a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance. This layer partially restores the dimensions and geometry of the worn parts, optimizes the gaps in the friction pairs, and keeps more oil on the friction surfaces.

This provides the following effects from the application of the formulation:

Engine treatment Nanoprotec MAX 200 New additive for ICE with run up to 200 000 km - 2 stages of treatment, for ICE with a run of more than 200 000 km - 3 stages of treatment, for ICE with a run of more than 500 000 km - 4 stages. For the calculation in the machine hours: for the generators and other stationary equipment, 1 motor-hour is calculated as 50 km of run, for wheel tractors (machinery) 1 motor hour - 10 km, for caterpillar special machinery 1 motor hour - 5 km run.

I stage: add Nanoprotec MAX 200 New to the working oil at the rate of 5-7 ml per 1 liter of engine oil, depending on the technical condition. Run to the regular oil change (at least 2000 km). In the case of significant oil contamination (see the oil color on the dipstick or the oil stain on the filter paper), proceed to the second stage of treatment immediately.

II stage: application of Nanoprotec MAX 200 New in a new oil at the rate of 5-7 ml per 1 liter of engine oil. Obligatory maintenance: oil change, replacement of oil and air filter. Regular operation of the car before the scheduled oil change. The third and fourth stage of processing are carried out in a similar way to the second stage.

At each stage, it is necessary to add the composition to the engine oil according to the following procedure:

Warm up the engine to operating temperature (normal operation).

Stop the engine.

Thoroughly mix the contents of the vial so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed throughout the volume of the liquid.
