Rozister is a hypolipidemic means. GMG-KoA inhibitor - reductases for treatment of a hypercholesterolemia and prevention of cardiovascular disturbances.

Structure

• 1 tablet contains rosuvastatin 20 mg;
• excipients: lactose monohydrate, cellulose microcrystalline krospovidon; calcium phosphate; magnesium stearate;
• cover: mix for a film covering of Opadry II Pink: gipromelloza (hydroksipropilmetil-cellulose) lactose monohydrate, titan dioxide (E 171) triacetin; ferrous oxide red (E 172).

Contraindication

to

Rozister Medicine it is contraindicated:

• to patients with hypersensitivity to rosuvastatin or to any of medicine excipients;
• to patients with an active disease of a liver, including steady increases in serumal transaminases of an unknown etiology and any increases in transaminases in blood serum that exceeds the upper bound of norm (UBN) three times;
• to patients with a heavy renal failure (clearance of creatinine <30 ml/min.);
• to patients with a myopathy;
• to patients who at the same time receive cyclosporine;
• during pregnancy and feeding by a breast and also to women of reproductive age, not using appropriate contraceptives.

Route of administration

Treatment of a hypercholesterolemia - the recommended initial dose makes 5 or 10 mg orally once a day as for patients, before not a primenyavsha statines, and transferred to medicine on intake of other inhibitor of GMG-KoA-reduktazy.
