Spray nasal "Rinazal the Extra" is applied at the following indications:

• acute respiratory diseases which are followed by congestion of a nose;
• allergic rhinitis;
• vasomotorial rhinitis;
• for restoration of a drainage and nasal breath at diseases of adnexal bosoms of a nasal cavity, an eustachitis;
• for elimination of hypostasis before diagnostic manipulations in the nasal courses.

Structure

Active ingredient: oxymetazoline (1 ml of solution contains oxymetazoline of a hydrochloride 0.5 mg).

Excipients: sodium citrate; citric acid monohydrate; dinatrium edetat; polysorbate 20; liquid, uncrystallizable sorbitol; left menthol; cineole; chlorhexidina of a digluconate solution; benzalkoniya chloride; aloe extract dry; (-) - carvon; sodium hydroxide; the water purified.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to active ingredient, other adrenomimetika or to any of excipients;
• atrophic rhinitis;
• inflammation or injury of a mucous membrane of a nose or skin around nostrils;
• application along with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) and within 2 weeks after the treatment termination by MAO inhibitors and also simultaneous application with other medicines promoting increase in arterial blood pressure;
• increased intraocular pressure, especially closed-angle glaucoma;
• severe forms of cardiovascular diseases (for example, coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension);

Route of administration

One inhalation dose (50 mkl) contains about 25 mkg of oxymetazoline of a hydrochloride.

Adults and children aged from 6 years - on one injection in each nasal course 2‑3 times a day.
