Tablets "Respix of ^® " are recommended for application:

• for treatment of the sharp and chronic respiratory diseases which are followed by violation of bronchial secretion and evacuation of a secret (including at acute and chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive diseases of lungs, pneumonia, a bronchoectatic disease, bronchial asthma, a mucoviscidosis, laryngitis, tracheitis);
• during preparation for a bronkhoskopiya and after the conducted research.

Structure

One tablet contains (active ingredients):

• Acetylcysteinum - 200 mg;
• Ambroxol a hydrochloride - 30 mg.

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, magnesium stearate, lactoses monohydrate, sodium krakhmalglikolit, silicon dioxide colloidal waterless, a gipromelloza, talc, polyethyleneglycol 6000, the titan dioxide (E 171), dye a yellow decline of FCF (E 110).

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to active ingredients or other components of medicine;
• a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum in an aggravation stage;
• pneumorrhagia;
• pulmonary bleeding.

Route of administration

Recommended dose for adults and children is more senior than 12 years - one tablet 3 times a day. A pill should be taken after a meal, washing down with enough liquid. It is longer not necessary to use medicament 4-5 days without consultation with the doctor.

Pregnant

Drug is not recommended to be used during pregnancy. Ambroxol and Acetylcysteinum get into breast milk. In case of use of medicine it is necessary to stop feeding by a breast.

Children

use Drug to children aged from 12 years.

Are not present data on influence of medicine on speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms.

Ambroxol was well transferred by

after parenteral application in doses to 15 mg/kg/days and after oral administration to 25 mg/kg/days. In case of overdose, Ambroxol did not observe symptoms of heavy intoxication. It was reported about cases of short-term concern and diarrhea, hypersalivation. It agrees preclinical researches, the overdose can lead to hypersalivation, nausea, vomitings and to a lowering of arterial pressure. The overdose by Acetylcysteinum can make sick, vomiting, diarrhea. Children have a risk of hypersecretion.

Treatment: symptomatic and maintenance therapy.

Side effects

from a cardiovascular system: tachycardia, arterial hypotension.

from nervous system: headache.

from organs of hearing: a ring in ears.

from a respiratory system: a rhinorrhea, dryness of airways, a bronchospasm (mainly at patients with hyperreactivity of a bronchial system, is associated with bronchial asthma).

from a digestive tract: dryness in a mouth, salivation, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, stomatitis, an abdominal pain, diarrhea, a lock, an unpleasant smell from a mouth.

from an urinary system: dysuria.

from the immune system, leather and hypodermic cellulose: reactions of hypersensitivity, including anaphylactic and anaphylactoid reactions, an acute anaphylaxis, rash, a small tortoiseshell, reactions from mucous membranes, a Quincke's disease, fever, dispnoe, an itch an erythema, eczema, severe damages of skin: Stephens's syndrome - Johnson, a Lyell's disease.

General violations: hypostases.

At use of Acetylcysteinum it was very seldom reported about developing of bleedings which were most often connected with development of reactions of hypersensitivity. Cases of decrease in aggregation of platelets were noted, however it does not have clinical confirmation.
