Ramiton And is the combined medicine, APF inhibitor. Ramipril and amlodipin for treatment of arterial hypertension at adult patients, arterial blood pressure which is properly controlled ramiprily and amlodipiny which appoint at the same time in the same dose, as in a combination.

Structure

• 1 capsule contains 5 mg of a ramipril and 10 mg of an amlodipin (that corresponds to 13.868 mg of the besilat of an amlodipin);

• capsule excipients on 5 mg / 10 mg: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium hydrophosphate anhydrous; starch corn prezhelatinizirovanny; starch corn prezhelatinizirovanny low humidity; sodium krakhmalglikolit (type A); the sodium stearylfumarating; ferrous oxide red (E 172); titan dioxide (E 171); gelatin.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to a ramipril, an amlodipin, derivatives of dihydropyridines, APF inhibitors (angiotensin-converting enzyme) or to any excipient.

Arterial hypotension or hemodynamic unstable states.

Route of administration

Recommended initial daily dose – 1 capsule.

Pregnant

is not recommended to use APF inhibitors during the first trimester of pregnancy. Use of APF inhibitors is contraindicated during II and III trimester of pregnancy.

Children

Medicine is not recommended to be applied to children due to the lack of data on safety and efficiency of its use in this age category of patients.

Drivers

After reception of the first dose or at increase in a dose is not recommended to run motor transport and to work with other mechanisms within several hours. It is recommended to be careful, especially at the beginning of therapy.

Overdose

Ramipril.

from organs of sight: a disorder of vision, including illegibility of sight, conjunctivitis.

from organs of hearing and a vestibular mechanism: a hearing disorder, a ring in ears.

from the respiratory system, bodies of a thorax and mediastinum: the unproductive irritating cough, bronchitis, sinusitis, short wind, a bronchospasm, including exacerbation of asthma, congestion of a nose, lung cancer.

from digestive tract: inflammation in a digestive tract, digestive disturbances, gastrointestinal discomfort, dyspepsia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting; infrequently pancreatitis (isolated cases with a lethal outcome at use of APF inhibitors).
