Pharmacological properties of medicine are caused by progesterone — one of hormones of a yellow body. in tissues of a mammary gland progesterone reduces permeability of capillaries and intensity of cyclic hypostasis of a connective tissue stroma, prevents proliferation and mitotic activity of an epithelium of channels.

When putting gel on skin alcohol quickly evaporates, at the same time about 10% of the applied dose are soaked up in skin. Metabolism of progesterone happens in skin and a mammary gland. Systemic action is absent or is insignificant.

Indication

Mastodynia, benign mastopathy against the background of progesteronovy insufficiency.

Use

Way of administration of medicine — transdermalny. for calculation of a daily dose it is necessary to use the plastic pallet doser. to press a tuba over a ruler of the pallet, at the same time 1 dose is equal to a gel column (diameter of a pencil) which length matches deepening on a ruler. one tube is expected 30 doses; one dose of the applicator (2.5 g contain 0.025 g of progesterone) is applied on the surface of skin of each mammary gland of 1 times a day irrespective of days of a menstrual cycle.

Gel is left on the place of application before full absorption.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to any component of medicine.
