As the main active ingredient in 1 ml. 5% of solution contain 50 mg. a fenilpropanolamina of a hydrochloride, an additional component - sorbitol syrup.

Main active ingredient (fenilpropanolamin a hydrochloride) is a synthetic simpatomimetik which works on an alpha and a beta adrenergic receptors and also increases release from depot of a norepinerfin. Directly influences muscles of the lower departments of urinary tract. At oral application of Propalin it is quickly soaked up from a gastro intestinal path. Out of an organism it is brought with urine in an invariable form or in the form of inactive metabolites.

Propalin it is appointed only to dogs at incontinence of the urine connected with functional insufficiency of a sphincter of an urethra.

Dosage of medicine is selected depending on animal weight: by
appoints about 3 drops to 4 kg of weight of an animal 2 times a day or 1 drop on 2 kg of weight pass 3 times.
Dogs weighing over 25 kg the recommended dose makes 0.5 ml on 25 kg of weight 3 times a day or 0.75 ml on 25 kg 2 times a day. Propalin
can be applied without restriction.

hydrochloride which is a part of medicine is a synthetic simpatomimetik of group of amines. It makes the stimulating impact on α-adrenergic receptors, increasing release of a norepinefrin (noradrenaline) from the nervous terminations which influences directly smooth muscles of the lower department of urinary tract, raises a tone and strengthens reduction of a sphincter of an urethra. Indication:

applied to dogs orally, daily in a daily dose of 0.06 ml on 1 kg of body weight of an animal. The daily dose should be divided into 2 or 3 receptions.

Contraindication:

• Not to apply in a combination with other simpatomimetika, antikholinergichesky medicines,
tricyclic antidepressants.

Expiration date and storage conditions:

A medicine expiration date at observance of storage conditions – 24 months from the date of production. To store an open bottle no more than 90 days.
