Structure

active ingredient: Norethisteronum acetate;

1 tablet contains 5 mg of Norethisteronum of acetate;

excipients: lactose, starch corn, povidone 25000, talc, magnesium stearate.

Contraindication

should not use the medicament Primolyut-Nor in the presence of any of the states or diseases provided below. If one of them arises during treatment of Primolyut-Nor, administration of medicament should be stopped immediately.

• Pregnancy or suspicion on it.
• Feeding by a breast.
• Venous or arterial tromboticheskiye / the thromboembolic phenomena (for example a myocardial infarction, a stroke, the tranzitorny ischemic attack, a deep vein thrombosis, a pulmonary thrombembolia) in the anamnesis.
• Existence now or in the anamnesis of harbingers of thrombosis (such as tranzitorny ischemic attack, stenocardia).
• Existence of factors of high risk of arterial thrombosis (see the Section "Features of Application").
• Migraine with focal neurologic symptoms in the anamnesis.
• Diabetes with vascular complications.
• Serious illness of a liver now or in the past, so far indicators of function of a liver are not normalized.
• Syndrome the Cudgel - Johnson, the Rotor syndrome and also jaundice or cases of the expressed skin itch during the previous pregnancies.
• Previous cases Pemphigoid of pregnant women (herpes of pregnant women).
• Benign or malignant tumors of a liver now or in the past.
• Malignant tumors dependent on influence of sex hormones, or suspicion concerning their existence (for example, genitals or a mammary gland).
• Hypersensitivity to Norethisteronum or to any of auxiliary components of medicine.
• Existence in the anamnesis of idiopathic jaundice or a severe itch during pregnancy.

• Use of antiviral medicines of direct action, containing ombitasvir, paritaprevir, or dasabuvir, or their combinations (see the Section "Interaction with Other Medicines and Other Types of Interactions").

Pill is taken, washing down with a small amount of liquid and not chewing.
