Pregadol kaps. 75 mg No. 30

Pregadol capsules are appointed for treatment:

• Neuropatichesky pain;
• Epilepsy;
• Generalized anxiety disorder;
• Fibromyalgia.

Structure

Active ingredient: pregabalin;

1 capsule supports a pregabalin of 75 or 150 mg;

Excipients: starch corn, talc.

Structure of a cover of the capsule of 75 mg: gelatin, titan dioxide (E171), ferrous oxide red (E172).

Structure of a cover of the capsule of 150 mg: gelatin, titan dioxide (E171).

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or other excipients.

Children's age.

Route of administration

Pregabalin to appoint medicament in a dose of 150 — 600 mg/days, having distributed it on 2 or 3 receptions. Medicine can be accepted irrespective of meal. The medicament Pregadol is intended only for oral administration.

Drug should not be used during pregnancy, except for separate cases when the advantage for the woman obviously exceeds possible risk for a fruit.

Side effects

In researches the most frequent side reactions were dizziness and drowsiness. Side reactions usually were easy or moderate.

Interaction

Simultaneous use of a pregabalin with oral contraceptives, Norethisteronum and/or ethinylestradiol does not influence pharmacokinetics of an equilibrium condition of any of drugs.
