Indications for use:
Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (nausea of various origin, vomiting in pregnant women, intestinal colic, flatulence, cramping of the gastrointestinal tract), liver diseases (cholecystitis, hepatitis, cholangitis, cholelithiasis), as a mild sedative.
Contraindications:
In therapeutic doses - there are no contraindications. Long-term use of peppermint tea is not recommended.
Mode of application:
5 g (1 tablespoon) of the leaves are placed in an enameled bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of boiled water at room temperature are poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. It is cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out by strained infusion. The infusion is brought with boiled water to 200 ml. Adults take 1 / 2-1 / 3 cups in a warm form 2-3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. Children depending on age - from 1 tablespoon to 1/4 cup 2-3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. Shake the infusion before use.
Storage conditions:
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding + 25 C. Keep out of the reach of children. Store the prepared broth in a cool (8-15 C) place for no more than 2 days.
