Tablets gastrorezistentny Pantoprazol-Getero are appointed at the following indications:

  • Treatment a reflux esophagitis, connected with a gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
  • Maintenance of remission of an erosive esophagitis.
  • Treatment of morbid hyper secretory conditions, including Zollingera-Ellison's syndrome.

Structure

Active ingredient: pantoprazol;

1 tablet contains 20 mg or 40 mg of a pantoprazol (in the form of a pantoprazol of sodium of sexivihydrat);

Excipients: lactose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, calcium stearate, sodium carbonate anhydrous, sodium lauryl sulfate, cover: a gipromelloza, ferrous oxide yellow (E 172), propylene glycol, the titan dioxide (E 171), methacrylate copolymer (type A), triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80, blackened black (S-1-17823).

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to active agent, derivatives of benzimidazole and to medicament components.

Route of administration

Pantoprazol-Getero, a gastrorezistentna tablet, swallow entirely, irrespective of meal. To patients who cannot swallow entirely a tablet of 40 mg appoint reception on two tablets of 20 mg. The accompanying reception of antacids does not influence absorption of Pantoprazol-Getero, tablets gastrorezistentny.

Overdose

Experience of reception by patients of ultrahigh doses of a pantoprazol (> 240 mg) it is limited. The available data on overdose usually were agreed with the known profile of safety of a pantoprazol.
