Pan-Torahs medicament for treatment of round ulcers; inhibitor of a proton pomp.
Adults and children of 12 years:
- symptomatic treatment of a gastroezofagelny reflux disease;
- long-term treatment and prevention of a recurrence reflux esophagitis.
Adult:
- prevention of ulceration of a stomach and the duodenum caused by intake of non-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicaments (NPVS) in patients of risk group who have to apply NPVS for a long time.
Structure
- active ingredient: 1 tablet supports a pantoprazol of sexivihydrat of sodium is equivalent a pantoprazola of 20 mg;
- excipients: mannitol (E 421), krospovidon, sodium anhydrous carbonate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, calcium stearate, gipromeloz, titan dioxide (E 171), ferrous oxide yellow (E 172), propylene glycol, methacrylate sopolya.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to active agent, derivatives of benzimidazole or to medicament components.
Side reactions
from blood and lymphatic system: agranulocytosis, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, pancytopenia.
from the immune system: reactions of hypersensitivity (including anaphylactic reactions, an acute anaphylaxis).
Metabolic disturbances: a lipidemia and increase in level of lipids (triglycerides, cholesterol), changes of body weight, a hyponatremia, a hypomagnesiemia (see. "Features of use"), hypocalcemia, hypopotassemia.
Mental disturbances: sleep disorders, depression (including aggravation), disorientation (including aggravation), hallucinations; confusion of consciousness (especially at patients with predisposition to such disorders and also aggravation of these symptoms in case of their preexistence).
from nervous system: headaches, dizziness, taste disorders, paresthesia.
from organs of sight: disorder of vision, sight eclipse.
from a digestive tract: polyps from fundal glands (benign), diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, an abdominal distension, a constipation, dryness in a mouth, abdominal pain and discomfort.
Route of administration
Pantor of the 20th tablet, coated, kishechnorastvorimy, it is necessary to accept in 1 hour prior to food entirely, not to chew and not to crush, wash down with water.

Symptomatic treatment of a gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Recommended dose makes 20 mg (1 tablet) a day. Usually symptoms of heartburn pass within 2-4 weeks. If this term is not enough, treatment is continued within the next 4 weeks. After disappearance of symptomatology the repeated emergence of symptoms can be controlled, applying in need of 20 mg of 1 times a day, taking 1 pill, when necessary. Transition to long therapy should be considered if satisfactory control of symptoms at therapy is not provided as necessary.
Long-term treatment and prevention of a recurrence reflux esophagitis.
For long-term treatment the maintenance dose makes 20 mg (1 tablet) of the medicament Pantor 20/days, at exacerbation of a disease the increase in a dose up to 40 mg/days is possible. Reception of tablets a pan-Torah of 40 mg is in that case recommended. After elimination of a recurrence the dose can be lowered to 20 mg of medicament a day.

Feature of use
Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast

Pantoprazol does not influence or has very insignificant impact on speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms. It is necessary to take possible development of side reactions, such as dizziness and visual disturbances into account. In such cases it is not necessary to run motor transport or to work with other mechanisms.

Dose up to 240 mg. As pantoprazol extensively contacts proteins, it does not belong to the medicaments which are easily removed by means of dialysis.
