Solution "Overin ^®" is applied to injections at indications which are provided below.

Treatment (as a part of complex therapy):

flu and other sharp respiratory viral diseases, including against the background of immunodeficiency;
infections, caused by the virus Herpes simplex, Var_cella zooster, Herpes Simplex Genitalis, including at persons with violations of the immune system;
a Cytomegaloviral infection at persons with an immunodeficiency;
a radiation immunodeficiency;
HIV infection;
encephalitis and encephalomyelitis of a virus etiology;
acute and chronic hepatitises B and C;
uretrit, epididymites, prostatitises, tservitsit and salpingites of a chlamydial etiology;
a venereal lymphogranuloma;
oncological diseases;
multiple sclerosis;
candidosis damages of skin and mucous membranes;
a human papillomavirus infection.

Structure

Active ingredient - sodium oxodihydroacridinylacetate (1 ml of solution contains sodium of oxodihydroacridinylacetate of 125 mg).

Excipients: sodium citrate; citric acid, monohydrate; water for injections.

Contraindication

hypersensitivity to drug;
autoimmune diseases;
pregnancy and period of feeding by a breast;
children's age;
renal failure (KK <30 ml/minute).

Route of administration

"Overin ^®" is entered the adult intramusculary on 250 mg (one ampoule) or 4-6 mg on body weight kg. If necessary the single dose of medicine "Overin ^®" can be increased up to 500 mg.

Course of treatment consists of 5-7 injections of medicine "Overin ^®" in a dose of 250 mg with an interval of 48 hours, the course dose depends on a clinical situation and the nature of a disease. Duration of a course of treatment - 8-12 days.

Preventive dose makes 250 mg (one ampoule). At prolonged use (from 3rd to 12 months) the recommended interval between administrations of medicine "Overin ^®" 3-7 days.

In HIV infection medicine solution "Overin ^®" is applied in a combination with specific antiviral medicines. The course of treatment consists of 10 injections on 250 mg, with an interval between injections of 48 hours. After a course of treatment 2 months take a break. Application of repeated courses according to indications is possible.
