Active components

Glyukozamin potassium sulfate chloride is present at a human body and is used together with sulfates for biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid of synovial fluid and glikozaminoglikan of the main substance of an articulate cartilage.

Mechanism of action of a glycosamine of sulfate – stimulation of synthesis of glikozaminoglikan and, respectively, articulate proteoglycans. Besides, the glycosamine shows anti-inflammatory properties, slows down processes of degradation of an articulate cartilage mainly due to its metabolic activities, ability to suppress activity of interleukin 1 (IL-1) that, on the one hand, promotes impact on osteoarthritis symptoms, and with another – a delay structural. disturbances of joints.

Diatserein inhibits synthesis and release of various pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin 1, interleukin 6, interleukin 18 and tumor necrosis factor an alpha), proteolytic enzymes (for example, collagenases of a stromelizin), free radicals of oxygen and other factors. Diatserein stimulates synthesis of the proteoglycans, glikozaminoglikan and hyaluronic acid which are the main components of a cartilage.

Diatserein slows down progressing of destruction of synovial substance and joints on the basis of above-mentioned mechanisms of action.

Indications

It can be recommended by the doctor as a source of biologically active agents: a glycosamine, marked sulphonyl of methane (MCM), a diatserein, at the states which are followed by degenerative dystrophic changes of joints and a backbone; for acceleration of formation of a bone callosity in fractures.

Route of administration

Adult on 1 tablet a day after a meal or according to the recommendation of the doctor. The term and a possibility of repeated use to coordinate with the attending physician. Not to exceed the recommended daily quantity.
