You can choose from 13 workout programs: 6 preset, custom program, manual program, BODY FAT (determines body fat level), 3 HRC programs (heart rate control, the ability to set an upper heart rate limit) and TARGET HR (heart rate depends on depending on the age of the athlete). The counter allows you to control the most important training parameters: time, speed, distance, calories, heart rate. It also shows your selected exercise level, training program and maximum heart rate.

Tactile Heart Rate Sensors Check your heart rate with the sensitive tactile sensors in the handles! The pulse measurement result is shown on the display.
