Aerosol " ^{Olasolum ®} " is recommended to be applied:

• for treatment at adults and children since 2 years of contaminated wounds, including long not healing burns, trophic ulcers and also at free skin plasticity;
• in gynecology and a proctology: bacterial vaginosis (sharp and chronic recuring), erosion of a neck of the uterus, chronic proctitis of various etiology, anal cracks.

Structure

1 cylinder contains (active ingredients):

• oil sea-buckthorn - 5.40 g;
• chloramphenicol - 1.62 g;
• benzocaine - 1.62 g;
• boric acid - 0.27 g

Excipients: trietanolamine, lanolin, stearic acid, glycerin, water purified, freon 134a.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to any component of medicine, including excipients;
• increased individual sensitivity to other amide mestnoanesteziruyushchy means;
• an allergy and toxic reaction (dispepsichesky phenomena, dysbacteriosis, mental disorders) to chloramphenicol in the anamnesis;
• psoriasis, eczema, fungus diseases of skin, oppression of marrowy blood formation, clotting disease, granulocytopenia, periods of pregnancy or feeding by a breast;
• renal failure;
• children's age up to 2 years.

Before application an aerosol can stir up

10-15 times, to remove a protective cap, to put on a raspylitelny nozzle a rod of the valve and to press slowly its head owing to what the cylinder comes out medicine in the form of foam. Before and after use of medicine the raspylitelny nozzle needs to be washed with boiled water.

At external use. Whenever possible to clean a wound surface from pus, necrotic fabrics and to cover with a uniform layer (1-1.5 cm) of foam. To apply daily or every other day, at open treatment of wounds and burns at adults - 1-4 times a day, children since 2 years have 1-2 times a day depending on the nature of inflammation and a stage of regeneration of the damaged fabrics. For a covering of all wound surface foam to put 1-5 cm from distance. : drowsiness, concern, violations of a warm rhythm, excitement. In hard cases - spasms, a coma, reduction of respiration rate or respiratory insufficiency. There are messages that application of the means containing benzocaine caused a methemoglobinemia. Such symptoms as cyanosis of skin, lips and nail beds, a headache, dizziness, short wind (the complicated breath), weakness, tachycardia which can be observed during treatment can indicate a methemoglobinemia which potentially threatens life and demands urgent medical intervention. Emergency aid at overdose and development of a methemoglobinemia consists in intravenous administration of methylene blue.

: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, violation of blood circulation and oppression of the central nervous system, decrease in body temperature, shock, coma, erythematic rash. In case of a serious poisoning take measures for maintenance of the vital functions of an organism, carry out a hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, replaceable blood transfusion. At prolonged use of medicine on sites of skin, big on the area, there can be symptoms of chronic intoxication: hypostasis of fabrics, exhaustion, stomatitis, eczema, violation of a menstrual cycle at women, anemia, spasms, an alopecia.

Symptoms of overdose demand phase-out of medicine and symptomatic treatment.

Side effects

Local reactions: insignificant temporary (2-3 minutes) strengthening of discomfort in anal area after administration of medicine.

from the immune system: allergic reactions, including a Quincke's edema, other signs of irritation which were not noted before treatment, skin rashes, an itch, burning sensation, hyperaemia, hypostasis are possible. Prolonged external use often leads to a contact sensitization.

from digestive tract: desires to defecation, the dispepsichesky phenomena (nausea, vomiting, a liquid chair) are possible; in these cases the use of medicine should be stopped.

from the system of blood formation: a leukopenia, a tromobotsitopeniya, a reticulocytopenia, decrease in level of hemoglobin in blood.
