Novagra Euro is the medicament for oral administration intended for treatment of erectile dysfunction. At sexual excitement, medicament restores the lowered erectile function by strengthening of inflow of blood to a penis. It is applied to treatment of the disturbances of erectile function defined as inability to reach or support the penis erection necessary for successful sexual intercourse. Effective effect of medicament requires sexual excitement.

Structure

• active ingredient: sildenafit;
1 tablet contains
• citrate of a sildenafil 50 mg of a sildenafil are equivalent;
• other components: sodium of a kroskarmeloz; calcium hydrophosphate (dihydrate); microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium stearate; the talc purified; Opadri red II 85G55231 (contains Ponso dye 4R (E 124).

Contraindication

• Hypersensitivity to active agent or any of medicament excipients.
Simultaneous use with donors of nitrogen oxide (for example, amyle nitrite) or nitrates in any form is contraindicated to
• as it is known that sildenafit influences ways of metabolism of oxide of nitrogen / the cyclic guanozinmonofosfat (tsGMF) and exponentiates hypotensive effect of nitrates.
• Simultaneous use of FDE 5 inhibitors (including sildenafit) with guanylate cyclase stimulators, such as riotsiguat, it is contraindicated as can lead to symptomatic hypotension.
• Medicines of treatment of erectile dysfunction, including sildenafit, are contraindicated to men to whom the sexual activity is not recommended (for example, patients with heavy cardiovascular disorders, such as unstable stenocardia and heart failure of heavy degree).
• Loss of sight approximately owing to not arterial front ischemic neuropathy of an optic nerve, irrespective of whether this pathology is connected with preliminary use of FDE 5 inhibitors.

Side reactions

Infectious and invasive diseases – rhinitis.

Disorder from the immune system – reaction of hypersensitivity.

from nervous system - a headache, dizziness, drowsiness, a hypesthesia, a stroke, a faint, the tranzitorny ischemic attack, spasms, a recurrence of spasms, a syncope.

from organs of sight - visual disturbances, disturbance of perception of color, an eclipse of sight, slezootdeleniye disorder, eye pain, photophobia, a photopsia, hyperaemia of eyes, sight brightness, conjunctivitis, not arterial front ischemic neuropathy of an optic nerve *, occlusion hemorrhage, an arteriosclerotic retinopathy; sight, an eye, a swelling of eyes, disturbances swelled from eyes, conjunctiva hyperaemia, irritation of eyes, abnormal feelings in eyes, the century, decolouration of a sclera swelled.

from organs of hearing and a vestibular mechanism - vertigo, sonitus, deafness.

from vessels - inflows of heat, rushes of blood suit, arterial hypertension / hypotension.

Disorder from heart – the strengthened heartbeat, tachycardia, a myocardial infarction, fibrillation of auricles, ventricular arrhythmia, unstable stenocardia, a sudden cardiac death.

Route of administration

to use Drug orally.

For effective effect of medicament needs sexual excitement.

Adult.

Recommended dose makes 50 mg and is applied if necessary approximately in 1 hour prior to sexual intercourse. Depending on efficiency and tolerance of medicament it is possible to increase a dose to 100 mg or to lower to 25 mg. The maximum recommended dosage makes 100 mg.

Maximum recommended frequency of use of medicament is 1 time a day. At use of medicament at meal time the effect of medicament can come later, than at its use on an empty stomach.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms

Researches of influence of medicament on ability to run vehicles and to work with mechanisms it was not carried out.

As at use of a sildenafil it was reported about cases of dizziness and disturbances from organs of sight before taking the wheel of the vehicle or to work with mechanisms, patients need to find out what their individual reaction to medicament use.

Overdose

At use of a single dose of a sildenafil up to 800 mg the side reactions were similar that they were observed at use of a sildenafil in the lowest doses, but arose more often and were heavier. Use of a sildenafil in a dose of 200 mg did not lead to increase in efficiency, but led to increase in quantity of cases of development of side reactions (to a headache, inflows, dizziness, dyspepsia, congestion of a nose, disturbances from organs of sight).

in case of overdose needs to take the usual supporting measures. Acceleration of clearance of a sildenafil at a hemodialysis is improbable because of high extent of linking of medicament with proteins of blood plasma and lack of elimination sildenafit with urine.
