Nosolin Plus nazat spray. ball. 30 g

Nosolin Plus vasoconstrictive, antiedematous.

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of the catarrhal diseases, flu and sharp respiratory and viral infections which are followed by sharp rhinitis, antritis, other sinusitis (the frontal sinusitis, etmoidit).

Structure

Active ingredients: oxymetazoline hydrochloride; racemic camphor; left menthol; cineole (eucalyptole).

1 g of medicine: hydrochloride oxymetazoline (in terms of 100% substance) 0.5 mg; camphor of racemic 1.7 mg; left menthol of 1.7 mg; cineole (eucalyptole) of 1.7 mg.

Excipients: a benzalkoniya chloride, dinatrium edetat, propylene glycol, polysorbate 20, half-oxameasures 407, potassium dihydrophosphate, dinatrium phosphate dodecahydrate, water purified.

Contraindication

Increased individual sensitivity to oxymetazoline, other adrenomimetika or any components of medicine, severe forms of cardiovascular diseases (for example, coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension), the expressed atherosclerosis, sharp cardiovascular diseases or cardiac asthma, takhisistolichesky violations of a warm rhythm, stenocardia, a renal failure, the expressed prostate hypertrophy, a pheochromocytoma, metabolic violations (hyperthyroidism, diabetes, a porphyria), atrophic rhinitis, the increased intraocular pressure, especially at closed-angle glaucoma, after transsphenoidal hypophysectomy or other surgical intervention with opening of a firm meninx, inflammation or injury of skin around the nasal courses or a mucous membrane of a nose, use of the medicines promoting increase in arterial blood pressure; simultaneous application with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) and application within 2 weeks after the treatment termination by MAO inhibitors. Tendency to a bronchospasm or spasms.

Route of administration

Before use of medicine needs to put on the spray an aerosol can, to remove a protective cap, several times to stir up a cylinder then by pressing a spray basis against the stop, to inject a spray dose into each nostril.

Special instructions

At injection in a nasal cavity not to throw back the head and not to overturn a cylinder. It is not recommended to use one cylinder to several persons, in order to avoid spread of an infection.

Overdose

At topical administration usually side system reactions do not arise.

At overdose or at accidental intake of oxymetazoline, different symptoms can arise. Allocate stages of hyperreactivity and braking. Stimulation of the central nervous system is clinically shown in the form of sensation of fear, excitement, hallucinations, spasms.

Side effects

At frequent and prolonged use can arise burning sensations, prickings in a nose, discomfort in a nose, inflows, sneezing, xeromycteria. Seldom – after the effect of use of medicine ends – feeling of strong congestion of a nose (reactive hyperemia), an apnoea at newborns and children of younger age (especially in overdose cases).

Interaction

increase in arterial blood pressure. Therefore it is not necessary to use this medicament at the same time or within two weeks after the treatment termination by MAO inhibitors.
