Pharmacokinetics. Drug is well soaked up after intake and well gets into all body tissues, passes through GEB. For treatment of men with erectile dysfunction of the psychogenic and mixed genesis — on 500 mg of 1 times a day. A course of treatment — 21–28 days.

For prevention of a motion desease in the conditions of sea swimming are appointed once in a dose by 500 mg for 1 h till the expected beginning of a motion desease or at emergence of the first symptoms of seasickness.

With increase in a dose of medicine the efficiency of the medicine Noobut IC 500 as antinaupathic medicaments increases. In the presence of the significant manifestations of seasickness (vomiting, etc.) use of the medicine Noobut IC 500 is orally ineffective even in doses of 1000 mg.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to medicine components, a sharp renal failure.

Side effects

from nervous system: drowsiness (in an initiation of treatment), a headache, dizziness (in doses it is higher than 2000 mg/days, at a dose decline the severity of side effects decreases).

At application of Noobut of IC 100 for children should be careful with pathology of a digestive tract because of medicine irritant action. Such children should appoint lower doses.

in case of prolonged use needs to control cellular composition of blood, indicators of function of a liver.

Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast. It is not recommended to use medicament during pregnancy and feeding by a breast as there are no sufficient data concerning use of medicine during these periods.

Children. Drug can be used at children aged from 3 years; Noonut IC 500 at children do not apply.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of vehicles or work with other mechanisms. Patients at whom during medicament treatment are noted drowsiness, dizziness or other violations from central nervous system should abstain from control of vehicles or work with other mechanisms.

Interaction

Noobut _s can be combined with psychotropic medicines, reducing doses noonut _s and medicines which are applied together with it.

Noobut and prolongs effect of sleeping, narcotic, antipsychotic and protivoparkinsonichesky medicines.

Overdose

Phenibutum — low-toxic connection, only in a daily dose of 7-14 g at prolonged use it can be gepatotoksichny. the specified doses considerably exceed the maximum recommended daily dose (750 — 2500 g). only at higher applied dose revealed an eosinophilia and fat dystrophy of a liver. at application Phenibutum in smaller doses of such changes was not.

Symptoms: drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, development of arterial hypotension, OPN is possible.

Treatment: gastric lavage. Symptomatic therapy.
