Motoshlem a Sports aerodynamic full-front Scorpion Exo-520 Evo Air helmet is specially developed by Scorpion Exo-520 Evo Air for ensuring high level of safety in combination with comfort of a helmet for daily use. A helmet is made of injectable polycarbonate with certification of ECE 22-06. Its main advantages is existence of the built-in sun-protection Speedview® filter, mechanism of a peak Ellip-Tech®, soft internal part of Kwikwick®2 and the effective ventilation system. (is not included in the package). Exo-520 Evo Air is made in three sizes of the case and has a shock-absorbing insert of different density. It means that adjustment, the appearance and weight will be better optimized. For the purpose of good fixing of Scorpion supplied 520 Air with a micrometric fastener (they easy and safe) and took care of the system of peaks. In model there is not only a falling sun-protection peak when the sun blinds, but also optically the correct main peak for reduction of distortions. This main peak is ready to the Pinlock installation (the insert of Pinlock is included in the package), and the sun-protection peak is covered with a fog covering of Everclear. 520 Air it is supplied with quick-detachable shchechny slips (EQRS) which facilitate removal of shchechny slips a little that very much helps paramedics when it is helped at accident. The Scorpion company made ventilation of Exo 520 Air simple and convenient for gloves. Air vents on a chin are run by one central slider convenient for gloves which opens couple of air vents which are passing air in a helmet and on a back part of a vizor. The same from above, with one big slider which opens a big top air vent (actually 4 small air vents in the case under this big plastic cover). From there air passes through a helmet in the air ducts which are cut through in a cap comforter and then comes out through always open back extractor. System of a peak Ellip-Tec® II: allows to remove and replace quickly and easily a peak without tools and for several seconds. Ellip-Tec® also offers big stability to hold the screen on the place in case of falling. An internal upholstery of Kwikwick®2 with anti-allergenic processing, removable and washing. Kwikwick®2 is allocated with the fact that it is very convenient and soft. The design of side laying is optimized for users wearing spectacles. Pillows with the system of inflation AirFit™ for the best landing. The ventilation system has front air intakes (from above and on protection of a chin) and a back exit on a spoiler for the maximum air circulation inside. Air vent: improves protection against fogging. Protection of a chin: helps to reduce noise level. Micrometric closing. Homologation of ECE 22.06.
