Damp forage which is released in portion trays on 300 g has only one source of animal proteins - proshutto (pork meat). Proshutto - so is called the Italian ham made of the pork gammon which is carefully grated with salt partly reminds the Spanish jamón. Pork is protein-rich which are a power source for an organism. In order to avoid emergence allergic reactions to gluten of sterns does not contain cereals and treats hypoallergenic sterns.
