Pharmacodynamics. active ingredient of medicine — Miconazolum — belongs to antifungal means of group of derivatives of an imidazole. Interaction

At system application Miconazolum inhibits cytochrome r450 (cyp) 3a4/2c9 and suppresses metabolism of the medicines which are metabolized by means of these enzymes. in connection with limited system availability clinically significant interactions note seldom. however medicament should be used with care along with oral anticoagulants (for example warfarin) and to control anticoagulating effect.
