Solution oral Magnemaks-Zdorovye is shown for the treatment of the confirmed deficiency of the magnesium in an organism both isolated, and associated with other scarce states.

Structure

Active ingredients: lactate magnesium dihydrate; magnesium pidolit; pyridoxine hydrochloride;

10 ml of medicament 186 mg of magnesium contain magnesium of a lactate of a dihydrate a pidolyata of 936 mg (totally there correspond 100 mg of Mg ++ or 4.12 mmol), a pyridoxine of a hydrochloride of 10 mg;

Excipients: sodium metabisulphite (E 223) the sodium saccharin ammonia sulfate caramel (E 150d) containing sulfites in terms of sulfurs dioxide (E 220) the fragrance of Malines containing ethanol of 96%, propylene glycol (E 1520), alpha tocopherol (E 307), ascorbic acid (E 300), the water purified; water for injections.

Contraindication

• Hypersensitivity to medicament components.
• Heavy renal failure with an indicator of clearance of creatinine less than 30 ml/min.
• Phenylketonuria.
Gipermagniyemiya's
• , B6 vitamin hypervitaminosis, myasthenia gravis.
• Blockade, heavy arterial hypotension.
• Simultaneous use with a levodopa.
• Diarrhea.
• Intolerance of fructose, a sprue of glucose or a galactose, deficiency of invertases-isomaltases (because of the content in sucrose drug).

Route of administration

to Dissolve contents of bottles in half of glass of water.

Adult 3-4 bottles in day, with distribution of the general dose to 2 or 3 inclusion in meal time.

to Children and babies with body weight more than 10 kg (at the age of about 1 year): 10-30 mg/kg of body weight a day (that is 0.4-1.2 mmol/kg of body weight a day) that corresponds to 1-4 bottles a day, with distribution of the general dose to 2 or 3 inclusion in meal time.

Use of medicament needs to be stopped as soon as magnesium level to blood returns to norm.

Overdose of magnesium at its oral administration usually does not lead

to development of toxic reactions in patients with normal function of kidneys. However at patients with a renal failure intoxication magnesium can develop.

Treatment: rehydration, artificial diuresis. The hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis is necessary for patients with a renal failure.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, skin reactions, including itching and urticaria.

Interaction

Should avoid simultaneous use with a levodopa as at the same time action the levodopa is inhibited when its use is not followed by intake of inhibitors of a peripheral dopa-decarboxylase. Use of a pyridoxine in any quantities is not shown if reception of a levodopa is not followed by intake of inhibitors of a dopa-decarboxylase.
