• topical treatment of sharp inflammatory diseases of a mucous oral cavity and a throat, such as ulitis, stomatitis, including aphthous;
• as a part of complex therapy for topical treatment at pain, irritation and inflammation of a throat and throat;
• according to the recommendation of the doctor in before - and the postoperative periods at tonsilectomy, surgical intervention on a throat, at injuries or abscesses and also after exodontia.

Structure

• active ingredients: lysozyme the hydrochloride, cetylpyridinium chloride, lidocaine a hydrochloride

• 1 ml of solution hydrochloride lysozyme – 20.0 mg that corresponds to 800,000 OA FIP (activity units of the International pharmaceutical federation); cetylpyridinium of chloride of 1.5 mg, lidocaine of a hydrochloride of 0.5 mg;
• other components: glycerin of 85%, propylene glycol, methylparahydroxybenzoate, propilparagidroksibenzoat, fragrance of a peppermint, sodium hydroxide, water purified

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to lysozyme to a hydrochloride, cetylpyridinium to chloride, lidocaine and other local anesthetics of amide type or any of excipients.

Hypersensitivity to protein of egg.

Children's age up to 6 years.

Side reactions

from the immune system: allergic reactions (acute anaphylaxis, anaphylactic reactions, Quincke's edema). Allergic reactions, including allergic hypostasis, skin rash, a small tortoiseshell, a bronchospasm, a blood circulation complication.

1 with allergic reactions. Reactions of hypersensitivity to lidocaine to a hydrochloride after local introduction are shown in the form of the localized hypostasis with insignificant difficulty of breath or generalized rash.

from skin and hypodermic cellulose: a multiformny erythema and Stephens's syndrome – Johnson.

from bodies of digestive tract: irritation of a mucous oral cavity that is mainly connected with exceeding the recommended doses.

Route of administration

Medicine is recommended to be used individually.

Before the first use of spray to remove a plastic lid from the pump spray, to put on the applicator the pump spray and to press slightly. The applicator can move aside and turn at right angle to a bottle that provides the correct use of spray. Before the first application it is necessary to press at first several times the spray the pump before formation of a uniform cloudlet of spray. Having widely opened a mouth, direct the applicator in the direction of an affected area and press the pump spray so many time as it is specified in a means dosage. During the procedure of injection it is necessary to hold the breath. Not to swallow. After application of means the applicator is turned for blocking of the pump spray in order to avoid spraying of spray by accidental pressing down.

One pressing releases 0.20 ml of the solution containing 4 mg of lysozyme of a hydrochloride, 0.3 mg cetylpyridinium of chloride and 0.1 mg of a hydrochloride of lidocaine.

Adults and children of 6 years.

For receiving a single dose the spray of 5 times. It is possible to repeat the procedure 3-6 times a day with the minimum intervals of 2 hours between doses.

Feature of application

for the purpose of prevention of violation of normal microflora of an oral cavity should not apply medicine more than 5 days.

If symptoms of a disease do not disappear within 5 days and/or the increased body temperature remains, it is necessary to see a doctor.

Experience of clinical use connected with influence of medicine on a fruit is insufficient

. Therefore as a measure of restraint, medicine is not recommended for application during pregnancy.

Lidokain gets into breast milk, but in very insignificant quantities therefore in general influence on the baby at use of medicine in therapeutic doses is not supposed.

As chloride cetylpyridinium in breast milk is not enough data on excretion, it is not recommended to use medicine when feeding by a breast.

Overdose

Signs and symptoms. Use of local anesthetics can worsen function of swallowing and, thus, cause danger of aspiration of food and drinks in airways. The overdose by medicine can become the reason of risk of very strong local anesthesia in a glottis and, as a result, considerable deterioration in function of swallowing.

Interaction of other medicines with lidocaine is theoretically possible

, but such interactions will be clinically insignificant at topical administration of SPRAY LISOBAKT KOMPLIT medicine. Simultaneous application with the means reducing a hepatic blood-groove (for example propranolol, Cimetidinum), can lead to decrease in clearance of lidocaine. From zaso

metaboliziruyemy by means of microsomal enzymes (for example, Phenytoinum, barbiturates) changes of a dosage of lidocaine can demand prolonged use. Cardiodepressive effect of lidocaine enhances effect of beta adrenoceptors and other antiarrhytmic means (for example a meksiletina).

Lidocaine is weak inhibitor of pseudo-cholinesterase and can prolong effect of succinylcholine. The hypopotassemia caused by acetazoleamide, loopback and thiazide diuretics can reduce effect of lidocaine.
